Sujat Ali (Hons) College, Pingna is situated under No.5 pingna unian, Upazilla- Sarishabari, Dist. Jamalpur, Tarakandi- Dhaka high way passes by it. Shaheed captain Monsur Ali, one of the greatest four national leaders, established this college here in 1972. This very place bears the commonorating testimony of great poet kaikobad and principal Ibrahim Khan. This became a fullswing Degree college in 1996. Honours Course has been started under National University in the academic session 2013-14. At present the number of students here is more than two thousand.
