With a view to imparting higher education, M A Hashem College was established in 1996. In 1995 when the government declared that Eleven class would be opened in some progressive schools, some educationists of Kazirhat expressed their keen determination to open Eleven class in Alaiarpur Kazirhat Public High School and the same year permission was accorded by the Ministry of Education.
