Noakhali Government college is a National university affiliated college of Bangladesh situated at Maijdee in the town of Noakhali, It was established in March 1, 1963 on a land area of 1.22 acre donated by Mr. Chintaharan Chatterjee. Mr. A.k. Mohammad Ullah was appointed the first principal of the college, In 1968, the college was nationalized, It in one of the famous educational institutions in Bangladesh having two premises/campuses.
