Principal Abdur Rashid took initiative to establish the College. At the same time some inhabitants of Deogaon of Bochaganj in Dinajpur district who are donar of the College and some education interested personality has much contribution to establish the College. This institution was established on 09.06.1992 to turn out any type of darkness of this rural area.
